FS Warriors:

I am over both carbs and calories today. It seemed that cutting the grass yesterday turned on a hunger drive today more so than usual. I wasn't over alot but it reminds me on how strong the physical drives are.

I had completely given up trying to get a grip on cravings and appetite. I figured I was just one of the super unlucky ones. I would eat, and an hour later have the munchies again. Now I understand it's all about blood sugar spikes. Get rid of those and 98% of the cravings just go away. Like being one of the skinny people all of a sudden. 😊

I totally agree that for me sugar is what gives me cravings. One of the thing I like about this app. is that it records sugar in the daily summary. I made a decision about how many grams of sugar I aim to consume daily and then sort out my daily foods in the app, adjusting them to give me the chosen sugar level.

I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at regular times daily and rarely have a snack unless a cup of decaff tea or coffee is a snack(without sugar😊) We're all different but hope this is helpful.
