I woke up and was gonna go outside and run/walk but it looked cloudy out like it was about to rain so I decided to do some inside exercises. Today I did 4 sets of 20 push ups, 3 sets of 10 sit ups, and 3 sets of 10 squats. I might have pushed myself a little hard on the first time doing these in a while but i think it'll be worth it in the end. I'm proud of my small accomplishment.

SOME OF THE BEST WALK/RUNS I HAVE EVER HAD IS IN THE RAIN.....IT SORTA SAYS IM DOING THIS NO MATTER WHAT...TO OTHERS IT MAY BE AN EXCUSE OR A POSTPONEMENT BUT MAKE IT AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW U R SOOO COMMITTED!
