131.6! That's 6.8 pounds lost since I started my new diet on Monday.
If I keep this up, my goal weight of 115 isn't that far out of reach.
Hopefully, I'll be down to 120 by the opening night of my play.
A long-term goal that I'm considering after 115 is 98. All in all, if I reach that goal, I will have lost 40 pounds!
My brother is coming back from a mission he's been serving for his church in about 6 weeks, so if I keep losing weight at this rate, I'll reach my long-term goal by the time he gets back.
The diet that I've been following is simple: 500 calories a day, or less.
I'll admit that I splurged last night and ate 5 chips, so my plan for today is less than 100 calories. Should set things right.

whoa, i can't eat 500 calories in a day, that's basically fasting for me XD, usually I just eat enough so I have 800-1000 calories to spare each day.

@Rckc Thanks for the concern! Don't worry, I plan on stopping when I'm at my goal weight and then slowly increasing my calorie intake and my exercise to maintain my weight and be healthy. It's just hard for me to lose weight, and this is the only thing that works.

If I may interject a little here: 500 calories is very low, and if you stick to that plan for more than a few days, you may well experience some fairly negative (if not immediately noticeable) side-effects. 100 calories is basically nothing (as far as energy conversion is concerned). So, I just want you to be aware that (as XxxpxX alluded to) with calorie counts like this you are essentially fasting, and that you should please take the kinds of precautions and care that are recommended for people in that situation. Definitely wise to gradually and steadily raise your calorie intake as you approach your goal of 115 (and you may want to re-assess the anticipated time-frame dropping between 115 and 98, as at these weights you're likely burning muscle mass for energy if your calorie count is too low). All that said. I wish you the best of luck in attaining your goal and staying healthy and happy.

wow, all the bodies are different but mine does not work with less than 1000 calories, it's does good for two weeks but after that my metabolism is messed up, and instead of lose weight start gaining it back , Good luck!!!

The app said I should get 1700 a day to lose weight.... so that's what I'm trying for.. I'd starve on 500!
