I'm really loving Vigilant Eats Espresso Mulberry superfood cereal. It keeps me full for hours! I add glutamine for gut health and metabolism and Beauty Chef Inner Beauty Powder for antioxidants and probiotics. Blueberries and pomegranates add more vitamins and minerals :-) vegan too!
