I continue to be very frustrated with this site. I've started running outside and cannot find a way of listing these the way I want.

Today, 4/28/17 I did a 3/4 mile run in the street. About 33 minutes. Max heart rate 51bpm; average 125-135. I did a lot of walking. I'm deconditioned from cancer treatments, and so am being very careful monitoring. We'll see if I can improve on this. Body equipment works pretty good. Knees, ankles, hips, lower back, all working as they ought.

I would estimate how many minutes you walked at what speed and the rest of the minutes you ran. I am at 3mph walking for 30 minutes I am getting ready to start walking and running. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice. I hope your conditioning program comes along the way you want. I just got back from the gym and lifted after I ran.
