you know what? aku berkali2 liat jurnal nya bapak satu ini, pelajari pola makannya liat exercise nya.. i don't know why did i so envy yah kok bapak satu ini penurunannya bs se konsisten itu.. i coba lhoh nimbang tiap hari berharap timbangan itu berubah meski cuma 0,1 tiap paginya seperti jurnal bb bapak ini, tapi hasilnya kadang angkanya sama aja.. :D yess i am so envy with your progress haha
