Ok - not recording weigh in today - AWFUL - ugh! Staying on track with food today - went to gym and did 1 hour on treadmill - 5 miles. Also retaining water so hopefully the shock of this weigh in will force me back on track - I am now up 10 pounds from my lowest weigh in last Sept. Picked up a 10 pound bag of potatoes today at the grocery store and realized how much of a difference that added weight must mean on my joints and bones - need to keep reminding myself of that - I am slipping and could be back to where I started before I know it - why oh why is it so much easier to gain than to lose.... Need to go to bed early tonight - catch up on my sleep and my water intake...

5 miles is wonderful! I remember the first time I picked something up that weighed 30 lbs and thought, oh crap this is SO hard to carry and this is what I have lost. It was a horrible feeling. How are your kids doing?
