Kale + fruit smoothie with vanilla Tera's Whey protein powder (one of the best tasting protein powders I've tried). So fresh and filling. I'm loving all the ways I'm learning to prepare kale.

1/2 cups ish plain nonfat greek yogurt, 1 cup or so fresh kale, half a banana, vanilla (stevia-sweetened) protein powder, some ice.
