I think it may be time to switch to cardio for a few weeks. Weightlifting is taking me the wrong direction. have a great weekend everyone
226.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

this happens. Since your goal is weight loss, do your cardio 1st then lift if you are doing both on the same day. And try hiit. 20-30 of hiit helped me alot.
