It was hard to put my fresh cook asparagus in the microwave to heat up for lunch. Several years ago we did away with ours at home because we didn't like killing our food/nutrients before we ate. Why do we want to eat dead food. Now I have to figure out a way got have food that doesn't need to be heat up at work. Summer is coming up. Maybe I can have wraps with alfalfa sprouts. They make me happy.
