okay, I haven't felt this mentally healthy, when it comes to food, in a while. I had oats for breakfast yesterday, a spicy fried chicken filet for lunch and forgot to get dinner (which means I didn't obsess over what to eat, the whole time). Went out with my friends, drank and danced for hours and when my drunk ass was like "hey, before I fall asleep I should stuff myself with rice, chicken and beef noodles until I end up in a food coma", I just stopped eating after the second portion of rice (they come in packs, two packs is one medium sized meal, calorie wise) because I felt satisfied.
I probably won't lose any weight this weekend but today is a good day :)
