I think this loss is down to a bad belly overnight. I must have gone at least 8 times. I'll take it any way it comes haha.

Not good, Andrea. Any idea what caused it? Keep warm and hydrated with a little plain food is best to get over it and I hope you feel better soon

No - no idea what caused it. I didn't really eat anything different yesterday, besides some muesli.. can't see that being the cause. Oh well. Seems to have stopped now, and haven't used Immodium. Better out than in eh lol.
