Dinner tonight was just chicken wings. We went to my mom's for dinner and she ordered pizza. I knew in advance and told her I was bringing chicken wings to make in her Nu-wave oven. I brought them with us and we got to use her oven thingie for the first time. She hasn't used it yet either. It's been sitting there for months. They came out pretty good and if I had room for it I would have taken it. She has offered many times. I did manage to leave my veggies (fresh asparagus) at home and she only had canned peas and canned corn. No thank you. She only took a few wings. My son and I made pigs out of ourselves, hubby passed.

Exciting news for me, my car is getting repaired tomorrow. Ever since I have had my car it has had a bad vapor canister. Not really a big deal except it takes forever and a half to pump gas. I don't even fill my tank anymore because it cuts off way too much. It took almost 2 years to get the part in. No one could could get it except the dealer and they wanted almost 300 for it. 300 for plastic and charcoal, not going to happen. Tomorrow my uncle is going to switch it out for me! I will be able to pump a tank of gas in under 20 minutes, just like a normal person. I'll be able to track my gas mileage again. Tracking mileage helps tell if anything is wrong with a car. If your mileage decreases check to see why. So yay!

I also got to put her step climber machine together. She got it months ago and didn't even take it out of the box. Then I asked about it and she told me if I put it together for her she would use it. That was Monday so tonight I did. I got pretty funny video of her using it for the first time.

My back is still in spasms pretty bad so I have to go hang upside down by my ankles tonight yet. Hopefully my inversion table will help enough to calm it down.

I did not get my exercise in today and my diet wasn't great. I didn't go off (only 7 net carbs total) but I need to up my veggies tomorrow. I wasn't hungry until I finally ate a late lunch at 4 and then dinner at 7.
