Today went well. I had a bowl of split pea soup with onion carrots and ham, one Little Debbie's brownie, and one Starbucks iced mocha. I got a little exercise from doing the dishes, drying them, and putting them away. I'm expecting to be under 200 pounds again by tomorrow (199 pounds) wish me luck! I hope everyone has a good weekend and I wish you all well on your diets!
