Haven't made a journal entry in a couple days, computer problems and started a part time job in the evenings. My training is all week and I get off my full time job have half an hour to eat and get to my part time job. My husband thinks I'm crazy but I have to pay my bills(my car payment and my insurance, nope won't let my husband help). He is a trooper though cause he has my supper made for me so I can eat and run. I'm out of lettuce, tomato and veggies so I will be do a grocery run this weekend sometime. So you see I don't have a lot of time to prepare food, It's grab and go.

Still have a lot to learn about what foods to eat and what can help get my cholesterol back to the numbers they are suppose to be at. I read someones blog where unrefined coconut oil helped when they drank it in their coffee for cholesterol control. I also read where apple cider vinegar can help you with your health, lose weight, lower blood sugar etc, so I want to buy at least 2 things this weekend unrefined coconut oil to put in my coffee and unprocessed apple cider vinegar to mix with my water.

Sure glad this day is going better than the last two, but my weekend isn't going to be much fun due to working Saturday night. Live well!
