Here's lunch for today. The bread really smells good but I'm not gonna have anything except the egg salad with ginger ales and the tomatoes. Looked at the Dannon light yogurt but it was 22 carbs each. that's not gonna happen. potato chips are 26 carbs. that's not gonna happen. The Dole mixed fruit is probably about 16 carbs. No sugar for my cancer cells!

I'm glad you are aware of what's good for you and what is not! You are so strong! It's sad what one gets served in a hospital, they really should get up to date on nutrition.
