I have started yesterday by cutting out all sugers and trying to cut out carbohydrates as i know they turn to sugar. Drinking alot of water also. Do you have any ideas for foods?

Chicken, Bacon, Eggs, (some) veggies, meat, meat, meat... One thing I repeat to myself often is "There is no such thing as a Triscuit bush". Focus on eating non-manufactured food.

i dnt think he meant to eat eggs,bacon, beef ,fish and butter in 1 sitting.and carbs turning to sugar is completely irrelevant, i eat over 400 carbs a day a nd still lose weight. stop being brainwashed by the low carb high fat fad.

Different people lose weight on different diets. Some people do better on lchf, others do better on a low fat, low calorie diet. Find what works for you and just stick with it.
