I have been through a rough patch with surgery and recovery. Time to get serious again.
171.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am, I have a little over a week till I can ramp it up. But I am starting with my meals. It was very discouraging to weigh this morning. But I'll make it.
