Omg omg omg I wish my store carried this!! Love sweet potatoes and I'm always looking for an alternative to pasta. I've tried making my own zucchini noodles (pain in the butt grating all the fine noodles).. they turned out great, and I actually prefer the vegetable taste over the standard bland flour/starchy taste of regular spaghetti. Curious to see what you will do with these sweet potato noodles!
