Egg Nogg is and always has been one of my favorite holiday treats to have at Christmas time. Right now, I'm fighting the urge to go out and get a quart, because I know I don't need all those extra carbs around the house. It's bad enough that I know I'll be indulging in a few high carb goodies, at the family get together, later on today. I guess it benefits me that there's snow on the ground, and the driving conditions are not optimal, right now, otherwise I would have already said, 'what the heck, I'm going to get me some', and be at the store right now. Oh well, time to make breakfast, and stop thinking about that darned egg nogg; had I been able to find a sf egg nogg syrup, I would have made my own LC version, and been done with it. Merry Christmas everyone, with or, without the egg nogg.
