Working out five days a week at the gym. I weighed 327 when I sold my truck. Now I'm at 287 after hovering at 290 for a couple of weeks. I no longer have chronic pain in certain areas. Now it's a new pain for the day that will move tomorrow! Today it's my right hand. It hurts like hell but it's not swelling so it's not bone. I'm able to walk a half mile on the track at this point.
286.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 86.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
