Went to go weigh myself today and was pleased to have lost 2.5 kg in the last week. Probably due to it being early days still. I have increased my activity level and walking more. My goal is to lose 30 kg in the first phase and another 30 kg in the second phase to reach my target weight of 100 kg. So far So good :)
347.2 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
