I am STRUGLING today. This is a restart lifestyle change journey for me. I lost 36 pounds 2 years ago. and since then I've gained 70 and my self esteem has taken a huge beating. But I'm fighting to get better and do better. My battle with food has been lifelong and is tougher than ever now. I've done pretty well today, but no lie, I am craving the greasiest bacon cheese burger for dinner. My mind says have a salad, but my heart says eat some meat!!!

This is a good place to right the ship. Welcome! Sometimes when I'm focused on weight loss and my body or mind starts whining to me that I'm soooo hungry, I remind it that I could survive just fine on all of this extra fat for quite some time. It doesn't always work, but sometimes it helps me. Good luck to you!
