hard week man, I have been giving up to snacking a bit too much :| ..BUT I'm still DOWN BABY!! .. just remind yourself all of this while having breakfast, keep it going ..
106.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 September 2016:
1164 kcal Fat: 43.67g | Prot: 56.81g | Carb: 114.89g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Onions, Green Peppers, Tomatoes, Avocados, Pita Bread, No Name Pure Olive Oil. Dinner: Cauliflower (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Butter, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mayonnaise, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine, Trident Trident Peppermint. more...

I set the limit on 1000 to eat less and kind of make up for the little miss measures , but even like that I think im going around 1200 each day :P

ok mine set to 1000 and I seem to be doing ok with it usually staying under and on avg losing at least 1 pound every 3 days
