A very happy Sunday to our community! Glad I took it a bit easier on my Friday workout, but amazingly, I lost 4 pounds during the workout from my weigh in, as I entered the gym. Kind of shows how aggressively, I work out. Been eating too much pie, lately. My left knee, I consider to be about 95 percent now. The leg presses have really strengthened it, and now has very little discomfort. It really has amazed me, how well it has come back. The approximate, 35 pounds of weight loss was the trick. Warren, that is LUCKY! Glad it is healing nicely! I'm super respectful of my knees now. All though, i was drooling over your ski talk a few posts back , Utah etc. I took notes on resorts! I'm a Steamboat and Vail girl. I use to live in Colorado and Alaska, and skiing is heaven! I hope you can keep up the running. Its fun. Nothing like strength training to bring the body into alignment. PUPPY!

Lizzy, we did Vail one time, and what incredible resort. We went a few times to Park City, and had an extended vacation to Breckenridge. Always went with my friends, Bob, Kathy, and Paul. Paul and I would be in the back seat, and listen to Bob and Kathy yell at each other in the front seats of the car. Paul was the smart one, got divorced and stayed single. lol

Bob is a great guy, and he has a lot of trust in me, as his wife and I traveled to Tahoe one time, and he was going to fly in, and he called and said, take care of Kathy, and don't touch, I can't come because of work problems.
