I have fallen off the wagon several times on my "days off", however, I'm still sticking to my 3 day fast (600 calories each day). I'm also riding my bike 4-5 days per week and following my wife around while she plays Pokiman Go.

do you do consecutive days when fasting or every other? Great Job!

I do it 3 days in a row. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I pick these days because:
1. I'm working which keeps my mind off food
2. It's mid week which gives me Friday off to take my wife out for dinner (she's Not on a diet...ugh)
3. My stomach has time to shrink so on my days off I don't eat as much, 1500 calories feels like a Mega-Feast, yet, I'm still under my actual calorie allotment.
4. On my days off food tastes 10x as good
5. I know this sounds stupid, but I feel more spiritual and in control of my body.
6. The pounds are dropping off.
I tried every other day fasting, but I found myself craving food too much. I only ride my bike 2.5 miles round trip to work, it's more fun than a workout.

Thank you for the info. I did 5:2 for a couple of weeks and really liked it. On that plan you do 2 non-consecutive days of 500 cals. Might try 2 or 3 in a row, I know what you mean about the cravings...Great that you have found a plan that works for you!

Great drop! I alternate fasting diet also. I find the exercise is the key to good drops. Keep going!!
