I'm either amazingly chilled out or tired. Or both :) Oh and a little cold.

I've actually only put on 1b but the journal entries aren't nuanced enough in kg to capture that.

235.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
