I have been over eating due to my body hurting and be being depressed. this is crazy.

Thank you so much. It's so hard. I am depressed. I am off of work due to a accident and I can't exercise, I am over eating. Looking to replace my hurting and boredness.

My back pain was so ferocious and the nausea it caused made me eat away my pain....so I can relate....take care...we are in this together! Try gentle movements and eating less of what you really want and enjoy. I hope you can get past the depression!

Find a plan that you can stick to, and stick to it! I find that helping others helps me more. Bored and depressed is a lack of connecting. Be the somebody that somebody can count on. And stick to your plan.
