Despite what I think about wanting to stop my weight loss around 181, my body has other ideas. It appears that its new set point is 176/177 and I've been hovering there for a couple of months now. So I think this may become the new normal for me. Just got home from a road trip and despite the challenges of staying on diet, found my morning weight was right there in the same range.
