I suck. I didnt stay on track yesterday. For some reason when I got to work yesterday I was starving9 maybe bc of my workout ? ) . SO I had granola and yogurt and a banana. It could have been worse Im sure but Im still not happy with myself. SO I went to the store and bought even more stuff. I dont know why I was so hungry. I had breakfast and a good one.. I just need to keep on working on tweaking it out and I need to make myself a schedule. And have more healthy fats and protein And stop cheating. Thats number one on my list. Other than the diet I met all my goals so I know I can do it. Im not giving up..not yet. Have a great day every one !

You've lost 116 lbs you know whats up probably more than any of us.

Stay the course don't beat yourself up, you were probably starving because you ate all carbs. I found that banana's were nothing but empty calories and cut them from my diet. Try nuts, almonds are great, you can slowly munch on them and they are protein with good oils.

Stop beating yourself up, Red! You do so awesome a lot of the time, you WILL come back from this. We got your back, you got your back, do a little IF...I know that in the next few days you'll be posting telling about how good you feel. Good luck, hope you feel better!
