Well, I have been slacking a bit because summer is in full swing around here. I am gonna need to buckle down in order to make it through this coming holiday weekend unscathed.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
