I've just finished a week long cabbage soup diet. it was tough. but I've lost 3.5kg (that's 7.7 lb, I think). Now I'm hoping to lose one more kilo in order to stabilize the weight loss. I'm trying to figure out how to do that now...

I tried that diet a few times. Didn't make it past 2 days. The gas pains from the cabbage were so bad I thought I was gonna die, lol! But good for you for making a whole week.

I hear you. Sometimes the gases got real troublesome. Especially the last day, which I spent in my bed on my stomack lol. But it's really worth it to push through. The results are amazing. My husband lost 4 kg, I lost 3.5 kg.
About the soup. We've made a pure of it, so it was a bit smoother for the stomack and less gas inducing. The fruit and especially the bananas however made me look like a balloon..
