I was off the plan for 2 weeks for a vacation in Iceland. I ate plenty of rich foods and tons of candy. (Mmmm... salty licorice.) I'm back on track again, starting my first day back with my normal Monday fast day.
I wonder whether it'll be easier or harder to go without food after eating so much. Reckon I'll find out.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
