well, trying to go back to my diet only due to some rare issue I have reactive hypoglycemia and have to eat every 2hrs or so. meaning 200 cal meals every 2hrs. which is pretty difficult. No idea what is causing it yet. But sure does suck.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
