Hey, all. Question... I've been trying to keep my carbs/fats/protein all around the same number. They usually fall within 5% of each other. Is this ok?

Depends on what diet plan you want to follow. I recommend a low carb, high fat, moderate protein approach. Find your RDI calories, make them 75-80% fat, 5% carb, 10-15% protein, with no more than 20g carbs.

I'm doing LCHF also with macros around 70% fat, 5-10% carb, and 20-25% protein. You can google "macro calculator" and come up with your own numbers based on the food plan you choose as best for you. You can do this!!
