I was going to read your journal entry and see if I could give you some motivation, but I can't seem to bring up anything besides the title. I'm a little new to the site and still figuring out how to get around. Same thing on your food entries.
I've actually been stalled since Thanksgiving. I found out some things though from people here. One is that your calories need to be over 1100. Preferably 1200 - 1500. That's tough to do when you also need to eat as many vegetables as you do and you try to keep the carbs down. I finally decided to come up with a menu for a day that I can lose weight on and just eat that same thing for several days. Then I'll tweak it and change it up a little, making sure I still have the right proportions of carbs and calories. Then, I'll eat that for a few days.
I've been tempted to quit a bunch of times. I'll remind myself though that this is still the fastest way to lose weight, I just have to get it right.
It'll be nice to get to Jan. 1st and not be moaning that I'm the fattest I've been all year. (That's the usual moan.)
