I must confess I'm a bit shy about the public nature of this since I've never texted or used social media before but who looses weight in private and the support was so encouraging to get. I'm at the end of a 130lb weight loss so now maintenance is important but sticking to a plan is still not always easy. Thanks again for your thoughtful consideration and I encourage you all to stick to it, you can do it!
