Steven Lloyd's Journal, 26 May 2016

Six pounds down from April 20th "reboot" after a long plateau...very happy compared to last weigh in when I was confused about some strength lost...even whining a little bit...strength and power back up, power to strength ratio increasing (wattage versus time), fat being lost...very happy!!

Have a great day all!!

Thanks Bill, good buddy!!...you are still such an encouragement and motivator for me...right from the very start you, HCB and Jim I identified with and said "that's where I want to be". Your own dedication, work ethic, support and commitment to your diet are (and were) a great example for me and all of us!!

You know when I started I did something really dumb I used my high school graduation weight (175) never thinking I could reach that number. Now 175lbs is in my rear view mirror I have really been trying to stay around that 165lbs marker I reduced some of the exercise, increased the fat intake I think my body is just confused but maintenance seems much hard than just losing

I'm essentially in maintenance mode right now BB, letting my body find its own set weight while trying to whittle away some remaining stubborn fat and keeping the muscles, as best I can. I'll PM you a short bit from Brad Pilon (Eat, Stop, Eat) that deals with the long term sustainability of maintaining in the real world.. Take care buddy!!

Good job there, Steven. I feel kind of the same way. Maintenance mode a little up and down. I'm really, now at this age, just trying to assess how well I feel. I have had a lack of energy, but feeling better now.
