Auto-update from FitBit via FitMess
I should make a note to the effect that 105.5-105.7-105.4 weights for the last three days is nothing more than the bodily fluctuation. I am mainly interested in the slope of my graph over a number of weeks.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
