really really really battling with my water intake

same....its much harder now in winter... i try at least try increase my green tea consumption. spar has very nice reasonably prices mint and berry flavoured varieties that i have without milk or any form of sweetness added and i can drink that hot or cold.

I used to battle with my water intake when I first started, so you are not alone...have you tried infusing your water with fruits, vegetables, or herbs? Helps to add a little flavour...or maybe put the water in a pretty looking glass or smaller bottles e.g. drinking a 1litre bottle sometimes feels like you will never get to bottom vs drinking 4 250ml bottles might go down easier?
