Been gone about 2 months and about half way on my diet. Went back to work for a short time, they cater our lunches so we won't take to long of lunch. Really hard, they bring in Italian, sandwiches, and desert. I only gained 2 pounds, but it's been so hard to get back in the groove. I thought maybe if I started looking up recipes that would help. I just made cloud bread, I don't think that is going to be my go to food. I just took a bite, but wasn't impressed.

I did get lots of walking while working, and that was a good thing. I'm back here at Fat Secret and that is a good start. Was really surprised at my breakfast calories.

I sound like my son, he is always waying "that's a good thing."
