This week has been up and down. I lost and gained. I resisted fast food, and junk food, and ate pretty much in my plan. I could have exercised and slept more. Onward!

Good job! I think the first biggest change is the food- exercise can follow. It's awesome that you stayed on food plan- great job!

Webbsark...Your ARE NOT ALONE! ! I'm having a huge wrestling match with myself about getting to the gym since May 10th. MY diet has been fine.... I get lonely going every day by myself! ! Wahh wahh Right! ! Tomorrow I'm going to kick my own butt!!
