M'kay, 1343 calories for the day: interesting. I noticed, a coupla times, an urge to stress-eat -- which I talked myself out of succumbing to -- for reasons I do not know. That's intriguing. Wonder what was up with me today?

For some strange reason, I did up a Veggie Burger at lunch, but with the grilled onion slice & olive oil that usually gets put on the Turkey Burger. So, for dinner, I did the turkey burger with the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. Mega-weird.
