Today I'm starting something new in my regimen. A friend suggested the Valentus Slim Roast coffee. I tried a sample the other day, and it did help control my appetite, so I went ahead and bought a month's supply. Will check it out and see how it goes.

A friend was selling it. She said she and her husband have had good results from it. I only tried it once, so I'm not endorsing the product just yet, but we'll see how it goes. If you Google "Valentus" and go to their website, it should have the information posted. Best Wishes!
