Well, so much for my 2 months old goal of losing 8 pounds of fat by the time I do my annual DR visit start of next month. I had hoped I could do a pound a week, and it would get there.

Valentines and Easter were definite setbacks. I think I've learned that I just need to give the chocolate away to someone one who is still young enough to burn it off, or bite by bite, it will take me down, or rather back up, again.

I had been hoping to lose enough that my BP would stay low on it's own again, and we could ditch that med.

Still trying to figure out what made it rise after so many months of staying down last year.

Stress is unending, sleep is never enough and as much as I love my homemade sauerkraut/kimchi, which is basically the only added salt I consume (made with seasalt/kosher salt) maybe it is too much salt? I think I need more vegis and leafy greens for potassium and magnesium. Been supplementing with D3 and K, so would be surprised if my levels are low enough there to cause a rise.


149.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
