Well, Today was the first day I've jumped on a scale in a long time. Saw that I've gained back 31 lbs of the 40 I lost last year. made me a little depressed. Been a very stressful time at work and haven't really been taking care of my body like I should be. so today is the day I decided I'm going to jump back into my healthier way before I started this job. Hopefully, I can get support from those around me to keep me going. I know I won't lose it all like i did that last time. But, I hope this is a step in the right direction. If you've got any pointers as to how you've made and kept your goals. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for listening.
