Relaxed at home with my kids - we played the wii fit and watched football - gorgeous weather - love the weekends - why do they go by so fast! Snacked on baby carrots and herb crackers and stayed away from the bad stuff. Need to have a good week this week!
I have 4 weeks to lose 7 pounds - really wanted to be down to goal for my trip and we leave on Dec 11th - I have to start reminding myself daily how much I really wanted to reach this goal - have been on such a plateau since August - need to mix it up NOW!!
