Spinning class today - survived Halloween - no more candy in the house - yea! I have signed up to do a half marathon in 2 weeks with my sil. We agreed we would walk/run together - it is walker friendly race so we have max of 3 1/2 hours to finish. I'm so nervous but excited.
Have written down my food for the day and spread it out over the day with approx times so that I will eat slowly over the course of the day.
