Maybe cheese isn't a good addition. Add it in slowly. It seems to slow things down and add water weight.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love cheese, it's my favourite food of all time but yes limiting it is a very good option :-) Keep up the great effort!!!

I agree about that. I LOVE cheese but it does tend to slow my losses with the abounding water retention,lol.
