Been making the gym a priority again after the holidays, it's helping but I really have to watch my impulse eating... I'm making some fresh goals for caffeine and water intake, hopefully it'll help along with going to the gym on a more regular basis.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
